About Preorders: Timewalker cannot guarantee delivery of preorders by any target date (birthdays, Christmas, etc.), since our arrival dates are estimates given to us by the manufacturers. What we can do is keep you informed about arrival date changes through our newsletter, blog or website, and, if you’re in a pinch, send you a preorder certificate to drop in a stocking or under the tree. About Shipping: UPS Ground shipping takes 5-7 days to arrive. USPS Priority Mail takes 4-6 days, depending on where you are. We ship from Kansas City, Missouri. The last day to ship UPS Ground for Christmas delivery is December 14th, 2012. We are happy to quote express shipping – just give us a call. Note: East coast customers, please take your local shipping delays into account when timing your orders. About Wish Lists: If you aren’t certain what to buy for your hobbyist, have them start a wish list. It helps them watch sales and inventory changes, and takes the guess work out of shopping for a collector. About Gift Certificate: If all else fails, get’em a gift certificate! You set the denomination, message, and delivery method, and they get to pick what they want. What could be easier! |
